How have I grown my hair that long? The best tips and guidelines

Hello Girls,

Today I’m going to share with you my tried-and-true methods of growing hair long. Thanks to them, my strands are now a few inches longer. And finally I can wear a long and thick braids! Therefore, if you would like to have thicker and more beautiful hair, read my post necessarily.

Firstly, take care of your hair ends

O.K., we all know that by trimming hair we won’t accelerate the speed of hair growth. Instead, we can improve strands’ look and condition. After all, no woman likes when the hair ends get split, are dry and rough. Therefore, thanks to the regular trimming, we eliminate hair damages which impede hair growth processes. And this is really important, indeed. Additionally, always when you remove damaged strands, you win prettier hair.

Secondly, be careful not to damage hair

If you really want to grow your hair long, resign from using a blow-dryer, a flat iron or a hair curler. By using colouring products and using the devices that generate high temperature you make strands’ condition even worse. Remember that ammoniac, alcohol and chemical substances damage strands and slow down hair extension.

Thirdly, take care of your scalp

It’s not only about washing hair systematically. If you really want to grow long hair, you should focus more on taking care of the scalp as well. Cleanse it using shampoos dissolving sebum, dead epidermis cells and dandruff. Also, use herbal hair washes as well as oils and conditioners that can be applied directly to the head skin. Remember to give your scalp massage during every single shampooing. Thanks to this practice, you’ll strengthen hair bulbs, stimulate blood circulation and help all the nourishing substances penetrate deep into the scalp.

Fourthly, eating habits

By delivering proper nourishing substances you can make your hair become stronger, healthier and prettier. Therefore, do your best to include into your diet many vegetables and fruit, limit consumption of processed food and drink more or less one litre of still mineral water a day. Sometimes it’s also a good idea to take some food supplements in the form of pills or syrups; remember though that such ‘medicaments’ don’t replace the real vitamins and minerals. Finally, you should take the advantage of various homemade preparations with yeast, linseed flax as well as field horsetail and nettle.
